Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or engraved watches
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital content
- Health and personal care items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable):
- Watches with visible signs of wear
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery
- Opened packaging for protective films, straps, or accessories
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
- Reach out to your bank for further info

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, email us at info@timessquares.online and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
